A message for all participating providers. Please share with those in your organization who use the provider portal for billing.
We are notifying users of our provider portal of the following known claim submission errors with the Sunflower provider portal.
For those providers that use the provider portal's recurring claims function, these three things apply to you:

Recurring Claims Feature - Missing Locations | Resolved as of June 3, 2021. |
Recurring Claims Feature - Multiple Provider Records Display | Resolved as of June 24, 2021. |
Recurring Claims Feature - Duplicate Diagnosis | Resolved as of May 21, 2021. |
For providers that submit claims through provider portal, this applies to you:

Future notification and additional information regarding the above items will be shared to providers on the KanCare 2.0 Issue Log that is managed by KMAP accessible under KMAP Bulletins.
