Language Access
Sunflower Health Plan wants to help our members communicate effectively with their providers and us. We have free aids and services to help. These tools are for members
- Whose primary language is not English.
- Who are deaf or hard of hearing.
- Who are blind or have low vision.
- Who have speech disabilities.
- Who have culturally and ethnically diverse backgrounds.
Many Sunflower providers speak other languages. Sunflower’s provider directory lists providers’ languages. These practices may offer interpretation. However, members can also call providers directly for current information.
