Effective with dates of service on and after October 1, 2024, services provided by a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) is reimbursed at 100% of the allowed rate for the codes listed below. There is no 25% mid-level practitioner reduction in reimbursement for these codes:

The current coverage and the CNM role and responsibilities will remain the same, and they should align with the Kansas Nurse Practice Act Statutes and Regulations.
