KMAP BULLETIN: New Place of Service Code 10

Date: 12/22/21

Effective with dates of service on and after January 1, 2022, the new place of service (POS) code 10 (telehealth provided in patient’s home) will be a valid code for claims processing. POS 10 will be used for telehealth claims in addition to existing POS code 02 (telehealth provided other than in a patient’s home).
